Joy To The World's Message, Divine Healings in a Ukulele Concert - Daniel Purnomo, Mike Reyes

In my Christmas Ukulele Concert 2022 at Crane, Robertson Quay, Singapore I was sharing the message I feel "Joy To The World" is depicting. Christmas is all about good news, God send His Son to redeem us (human) even from our own mistakes and hopelessness. Christmas is celebrated in many ways and all of us might benefit from it in one way or another, it's the most wonderful time of the year. Nevertheless beyond HOW we celebrate, we also could focus on WHO we celebrate, which the Christmas Spirit Himself. After all Christmas is a story of love as it's written in John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." It means God's Son is the gift of Christmas. And the Gift is still giving, His divine gifts manifest as divine wisdom, favour, breakthroughs and healings. I was blessed to witness divine healings happened through Mike Reyes in the concert with no string attached (not all managed to be documented) -

"When is the appropriate time to get healed?" I think for the sick, anytime they get healed that would be the appropriate time, especially when they are in pain and desperation, it could be in a music concert, or anywhere else. When Jesus was on earth, we saw He healed the sicks with no string attached all in the appropriate time : Mark Chapter 2 NKJV 3 Then they came to Him, bringing a paralytic who was carried by four men. 4 And when they could not come near Him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where He was. So when they had broken through, they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying. 5 When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven you.” 6 And some of the scribes were sitting there and reasoning in their hearts, 7 “Why does this Man speak blasphemies like this? Who can forgive sins but God alone?” 8 But immediately, when Jesus perceived in His spirit that they reasoned thus within themselves, He said to them, “Why do you reason about these things in your hearts? 9 Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise, take up your bed and walk’? 10 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the paralytic, 11 “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” 12 Immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went out in the presence of them all, so that all were amazed and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!” Mark Chapter 3 NKJV 1 Another time Jesus went into the synagogue, and a man with a shriveled hand was there. 2 Some of them were looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, so they watched him closely to see if he would heal him on the Sabbath. 3 Jesus said to the man with the shriveled hand, “Stand up in front of everyone.” 4 Then Jesus asked them, “Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?” But they remained silent. Matthew 20 NKJV 29 Now as they went out of Jericho, a great multitude followed Him. 30 And behold, two blind men sitting by the road, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!” 31 Then the multitude warned them that they should be quiet; but they cried out all the more, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!” 32 So Jesus stood still and called them, and said, “What do you want Me to do for you?” 33 They said to Him, “Lord, that our eyes may be opened.” 34 So Jesus had compassion and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him. And many other stories that reveal God's will in Jesus's action : Acts 10:38 NKJV how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. Luke 4 NKJV 40 When the sun was setting, all those who had any that were sick with various diseases brought them to Him; and He laid His hands on every one of them and healed them. 41 And demons also came out of many, crying out and saying, “You are the Christ, the Son of God!” For Christ believerss, we're practicing our identity in Christ - Colosians 1:27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. John 14:12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. Mark 16 NKJV 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 the] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
