HOW TO APPROPRIATE DIVINE HEALING FOR OURSELVE BY USING GOD'S WORD
This stuff is for the redeemed people, the ones who have received Christ as the Lord & Saviour.
You might be in some physical challenge that seemingly hopeless, the medical report & verdict don't sound good either, you've been hearing bad news as you're facing the fact of life. While you acknowledge what you're experiencing as fact, there's also truth from the supernatural realm of God - focus on this truth & fill up your mind with this until the truth grows in the physical realm & swallow your challenge. Confront the realm of the fact with the realm of the truth.
You may meditate (read slowly again & again with pauses to "chew" & absorb these truth of these following scriptures/God's words); and after & read it out as confession - God's word needs to be spoken, like when He created the world - you don't need to be around people lest they think you are weird, lol. Take note that the "flesh"/carnal mind will oppose you saying like "This idea is absurd. You are just denying your reality. Do you think Bible verse works?? It's just your imagination, etc etc" - you don't worry about those voices, they are just 'flesh", don't react, just ignore & keep confessing the truth, keep meditating on it, stand on God's will & let Him manifest Who He is for you as you are His beloved child.
Galatians 5:17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
That's why it is important to know that there's "flesh" element, they are there giving it's voice & use the 1st person pronoun "I, me, mine" that makes you believe it's you - but no, it's not you. You are in the spirit not the flesh - Romans 8:9 "But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. "
There's life in God's word, the Lord said in John 6:63 "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life."
You also see how God used His word to create the universe even from the beginning in Genesis 1, and John 1:1-4. Notice that there's life in the Word? (John 1:4)
So you put His word in your mouth too as Proverbs 18:21 says "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit"
Proverbs 4

20 My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings. (not to the flesh)
21 21 Do not let them depart from your eyes; (keep reading it, guard your eye gate)
Keep them in the midst of your heart; (don't keep the enemy's stuffs as if it's your identity)
22 22 For they are life to those who find them, (it only benefits you when you find it)
And health to all their flesh. (in this context it doesn't say for your spirit)
23 23 Keep your heart with all diligence, (don't let worry control your heart)
For out of it spring the issues of life.
Say/confess (homologia = same logos/words) this truth after some time of meditation on God's words - by doing this you let His words sown in your heart & the Word will give life & do whatever It needs to do in It's growth. say it something like these (feel free to improvise too) :
"Thank you daddy God that I'm righteous by Jesus' sacrifice as 2 Corinthians 5:21 says that You have made Jesus who knew no sin to be sin for me, that I might become the righteousness of God in Him.
Nothing can change my status in Your eyes because I've received Jesus, and it's all about your grace.
I thank you that it is always Your will to heal & Jesus has borne my sicknesses & pain as in Isaiah 53:4-5 (YLT) says, 4 Surely our sicknesses he hath borne, And our pains -- he hath carried them, And we -- we have esteemed him plagued, Smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 And he is pierced for our transgressions, Bruised for our iniquities, The chastisement of our peace [is] on him, And by his bruise there is healing to us."
So what I'm experiencing is not mine as mine has been borne by the Lord Himself. In Jesus' name I declare (say the sicknesses that has been bothering you) die & I live as David said in Psalm 118:17, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." And I'm your "David" too (David means "beloved"). I refuse to be confused about God's will for me, if He paid (which He did) it means He's willing for me to be in health.
Thank you for Your will for me to have a long satisfied life as in Psalm 91:91, let Your will be done - I don't need to entertain any thought that is not of Your will though it seems logical naturally, because Your supernatural power keeps me alive, healthy, well & wholesome. Your presence, peace, joy & love are my portions.
Lord Jesus, You've come for me to give me life & life more abundantly as You've said it in John 10:10, "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." - no thief is strong enough against You, and You are my good Shepard (feel free to meditate & confess on Psalm 23 too)
And I let Your life in me manifest as Your Spirit Who raised Jesus from the dead lives in me and gives life to my mortal body (Romans 8:11)
I want to take time to remember Your goodness instead of remembering the work & loud voice of the enemy.
Psalm 103:1-5 A Psalm of David
1. Bless (give weight, attention) the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, - (my soul, I will tell you these...)
And forget not all His benefits (focus on His benefits rather than focusing on the enemy's sicknesses - yes, the pain & sicknesses are theirs, not yours) :
3 Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,
4 Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,
5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s."
Do these & keep your heart in His words, you will see His word will make good result. Soon your healing manifest perfectly.
Isaiah 55:11 "So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it."
It's not your job to technically understand fully how miracles happen, you're just the user - you are His beloved child who put your trust in His word.

The Parable of the Growing Seed
26 And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should [a]scatter seed on the ground, 27 and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. 28 For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head. 29 But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”
Enjoy this process & the sicknesses will soon be a history, you'll live a long healthy life
